You Can Trust God

The message below may be my most favorite of any sermon / message I have ever listened to. I have listened to this over and over again, gleaning from it each and every time. It has been a huge help in my personal walk and in trusting the Lord. The second video clip below is an update and testimony to how God provided extraordinarily at what seemed like the last hour. An excellent companion to the first video.

Below you will also find two book resources that have been my most treasured especially in the matter of trusting the Lord and growing in piety. I hope and pray that these will help you to grow, trust and rest in our great and glorious God.

Update from Paul Washer of HeartCry Missionary Society in January of 2011. This is a testimony of God’s Extraordinary Provisions.

Without a doubt, the Lord has used this writing much and in powerful ways over much of my Christian life. Next to the Scriptures, this book has become one of my most favorite helps. Although currently out of production, you can still purchase used copies on Amazon.

Listen to the biography of George Whitefield, by John Piper, entitled, “I Will Not Be A Velvet-Mouthed Preacher.”
